Back to school : (

Winter break was really great. Maybe the best I've had in term of how active I was art wise.

Today was my first day back to classes and I'm already feeling the pressure of the semester. I feel like a load of work was dumped on me and I need to reorganize to stay afloat. This being my last semester, I plan to put in a good effort for a smooth finish. I will still make arts as much as I can when the urge to procrastinate comes up and I promise you it will. Plus, I'm in an agreement to submit at least one deviation a week. Also, I have sketching going for more of those requests, but was having a hard time with poses and stuff on some. They'll be posted when I'm done.

I am starting work on my independent study project which is to create six scenes and do high resolution digital paintings for them. I'm really looking forward to this. For my last painting assignment last semester I spent more time designing the scene of the painting than painting it, which is probably why I didn't finish the painting |D
Not finishing isn't an option this time around and I will most likely be submitting my design concepts and eventually the finished projects on deviantART, so you have that to look out for.

So far I want to do a tropical scene relating to Ryuunosuke's home island and then something industrial. Probably also some kind of city setting. What suggestions do you guys have? My homework is to brainstorm what scenes I want to draw and start sketching them. Be as creative as you want!
